Production Line Overview

This production line is designed for the assembly of hydrogen fuel cell core components, specifically graphite plate/metal plate stacks. It features a modular design and flexible assembly, capable of accommodating products of various power ratings. Equipped with data communication functionality for MES systems, it enables real-time monitoring of the entire production process with full data traceability. Production capacity can be rapidly expanded based on manufacturing needs.

• Press accuracy: 30N
• Detection accuracy: ±(0.8% reading + 0.2% full scale)
• Flatness of upper and lower pressure plates: <0.1mm
• Servo press supports selectable pressure and position modes
• Online leak testing supports differential pressure and flow detection methods
• Capable of producing large stacks up to 400 plates with an open height of 1100mm
• Utilizes multi-stage, multi-group pressing process to relieve internal stress in the stack
• Separate stacking and pressing stations to improve stacking efficiency
• Automatic steel strip feeding with laser welding
• Compatible with both bolt and strapping fastening methods
• Optional AGV-guided cart for loading and unloading
• Full-process MES system control with comprehensive data traceability
